Jenga360Privacy notice
This notice explains what Jenga360 collects when you visit this website or ask to start a pilot, and what we do with it. It does not cover the records a company keeps inside Jenga360: see Data & security for that.
Who we are
Jenga360, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. You can reach us at the email address in the page footer.
What we collect on this website
When you send the pilot form: your company name, your name, work email, phone number, contractor class (if you give it), the areas you want help with, the plan you are interested in, and any notes you write. We also record the internet address (IP address) the request came from, to prevent abuse and spam.
When you visit: simple counts of which pages were opened, which buttons were clicked and roughly where visitors came from (for example search, social media or direct). These counts are anonymous. They are not linked to you or your device, and we do not store your IP address with them.
Cookies: this website does not set cookies.
When you email or message us: whatever you send us, and your contact details.
Why we use it
- to contact you about Jenga360, set up your company and arrange your walkthrough;
- to answer your questions;
- to understand which pages and guides are useful, so we can improve them.
We do not use your details for advertising.
Who can see it
Jenga360 staff who handle pilot requests and support. We use service providers to run the website and to deliver email and messages. They handle data only to provide those services.
How long we keep it
We keep a request for as long as we need it to follow up and to run your pilot or account. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email us at the address in the page footer and we will respond.
What your company stores inside Jenga360
Customer companies' records are processed on their behalf to provide the service. See Data & security for how they are separated, protected and backed up, including how AI features work.
Changes
If we change this notice we will update the date at the top of this page.
