About Jenga360
Why We Built Jenga360
Jenga360 was born from a simple observation: running a construction company is difficult for reasons that have little to do with building itself.
A contractor can have good people, capable engineers, strong technical knowledge and years of experience — yet still lose a tender, miss an important document, lose track of project costs, struggle with cash flow, or make an important decision without having the right information in front of them.
We have seen how construction businesses operate when information is spread across WhatsApp messages, Excel files, emails, paper documents, tender folders, site reports and, often, the memory of one person in the company.
The problem is not that contractors lack information.
The problem is that their information is scattered.
Jenga360 was built to change that.
What We Believe
We believe a Tanzanian construction company should have one connected place where its important business information can live, move and work together.
Your tenders should connect to your tender documents.
Your projects should connect to your costs, schedules and records.
Your financial information should help you understand what is really happening in the business.
And the information your company generates every day should not simply disappear into folders, WhatsApp conversations or someone's memory.
Jenga360 brings these pieces together into one Digital Construction Office — helping contractors capture, organize, connect and use their business information to make better, more informed decisions.
Because when you can see your business clearly, you can manage it differently.
Who Is Behind Jenga360
Jenga360 is being built by people who understand construction from the inside.
Our foundation comes from real experience in the Tanzanian construction environment — from tendering and BOQs to project execution, commercial management, documentation and the everyday challenges of running a construction business.
We did not start by asking, “What software can we sell to contractors?”
We started by asking:
“Why is it still so difficult for a contractor to know what is happening across their own business?”
That question led us to Jenga360.
Our goal is not to build another generic business management application and put a construction label on it.
We are building a system around the actual way Tanzanian contractors work — the tenders they pursue, the documents they prepare, the projects they deliver, the money they have to control, the people they manage and the decisions they have to make every day.
And we intend to keep building it alongside contractors.
Built for the Contractor's Reality
Construction does not happen from behind a desk.
A contractor may be in Dar es Salaam in the morning, on a project site in the afternoon, dealing with a supplier on WhatsApp, checking a tender document from a phone and trying to make a financial decision before the day ends.
Connectivity can be unreliable. Information can arrive in different formats. Documents can be scattered across devices. Teams can work from different locations.
Jenga360 is being designed with that reality in mind.
We want your digital office to work with the way your construction company actually operates — not force your business to behave like a generic office software demonstration.
Where We Are Going
We believe the future of construction management in Tanzania will not simply be about having more software.
It will be about having better information and better decisions.
Imagine being able to look at your company and understand:
- Which tenders you are pursuing and where each one stands.
- What requirements and documents are needed before submission.
- What is happening across your projects.
- Where schedules and project risks are emerging.
- How much money is being spent and where.
- What your projects are actually costing you.
- What your company owes, what it is owed and what is coming next.
- What your team is doing.
- And, ultimately, what the information across your business is telling you.
That is the direction we are taking Jenga360.
We want to build more than construction software.
We want to build the operating system for a better-run construction company.
From Information to Intelligence
Every construction company generates valuable information.
A tender tells you something about your opportunities.
A BOQ tells you something about the work and its cost.
A project record tells you what is happening on site.
An expense tells you where money is going.
A payment certificate tells you what you have earned.
A delay tells you something about project performance.
A collection of these records, properly connected, tells you something much bigger:
what is happening across your business.
That is where we believe the real value of Jenga360 lies.
Not simply in storing information — but in helping contractors turn their information into visibility, and visibility into better decisions.
We Are Building It With Contractors
Jenga360 is not finished because we do not believe a construction management system should be designed in isolation from construction companies.
We want contractors to challenge us.
Tell us what takes too long.
Show us where your current process breaks.
Tell us which reports you struggle to produce.
Tell us what information you wish you had before making a decision.
Show us the Excel sheet you built because no software understood what you needed.
Bring us the tender document, project problem or business process you are trying to solve.
The more we understand the reality of running a construction company, the better Jenga360 can become.
Our ambition is to build a platform that contractors can genuinely rely on — not because it has the most features, but because it understands their business.
Our Ambition
We want Jenga360 to become the Digital Construction Office for Tanzanian Contractors.
A place where a contractor can bring together the information that keeps the business moving:
Win Work → Deliver → Get Paid → Run the Business.
And as the platform grows, we want the value to go beyond administration.
We want Jenga360 to help contractors build companies that are more organized, more visible, more financially disciplined and better prepared to make decisions.
Because a construction company should not have to depend on scattered information and individual memory to know how its own business is performing.
Your business already has the information.
Jenga360 is being built to help you make it work for you.
